Receive and clinically review all referrals regarding prospective residents from all referral sources including hospitals, home, alfs, etc. within 20 minutes.
Responsibilities: Perform daily/weekly/monthly inspections. Maintain calibration of analytical instruments. Communicate quality/compliance concern with urgency.
