Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team in the banking industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining all IT systems within the organization, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems administration, with a focus on process improvement and workflow management. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all IT systems within the organization, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
  • Develop and maintain documentation of IT systems and processes
  • Provide technical support to end-users
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems are meeting their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in IT systems administration

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT systems administration or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with process improvement and workflow management
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
