Position: Remote- Medical Customer Service Representative

Location: Must be able to pick up equipment in*Irving, TX*

Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay

Shift & Training: Monday-Friday between 7a-8p CST. you'll be assigned an 8hr shift

Job Duties:

• This is an Outbound CSR position to verify if the patient has a prior authorization on file. (these are fast, quick calls).
• Starts the Patient’s Case by collecting critical patient demographic data and info.
• Positive customer service experience, no selling, or collections.

Job Requirements

• Must have prior experience in a customer service call center experience.

• Experience in medical call center a plus.

• Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette.

• Must have high speed internet in your home.

• Must have High School Diploma/Equivalent

• Must be a TX resident close to Irving, TX
