Litigation Legal Assistant – Englewood, CO

We are looking for an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join our Personal Injury team. The position responsibilities include but are not limited to the support of 2-3 attorneys in a pre-litigation and litigation environment; set-up and assisting with the maintenance of large electronic and paper files; request of medical, financial, and other case-related documents and records; electronic filing in both state and federal courts; calculate and calendar state and federal deadlines; scheduling of depositions, meetings, and hearings; and direct client contact.

The position requires 3+ years of work experience in a professional environment; at least 1 year in a similar position; experience calculating rules of civil procedure deadlines; experience with state and federal court e-filing systems; excellent written and oral communication skills; and a focus on detail and accuracy.

SALARY RANGE: $40,000 – $58,000+ per year, starting salary commensurate with candidate experience.
