Food Grid specializes in producing, formulating and distributing natural food ingredients. Our global trading activity ranges from North America, South America, Europe, South East Asia, India and the Caribbean’s. Our vast experienced personnel and years of expertise in the industry have put us at the forefront of creating valuable solutions in the food industry. We pride ourselves on our products, service, logistics and marketing support we give each and every one of our partners, distributors and customers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, fast-paced Executive Assistant. This will be a full-time position.

The following are our MUST HAVE’S requirements:

- Experience Level: 5 yrs in an administrative assistance position.

- Fast thinker and Efficient in Excel and Computer skills.

- Solution oriented and thinking outside the box.

- Great relationship building skills and interpersonal relationships.

- Great communication skills and etiquette both Phone and Email.

- Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities are (but not limited to):

· Assisting Founder and CEO with all daily tasks: Answering emails, calendar management, day to day activities.

· Build solid relationships and trust with existing clients and potential new clients

· Provides courteous customer support and solutions to customer problems and concerns.

· Ensures effective follow up with customers on all projections and purchase orders for the month, quarter and year based on actual projections.

· Answers and fills out customer requests forms and sends appropriate certificates as needed.

· Perform quality customer service for all functions.

· Monitor and review risk exposure and communicate with management

· Must be able to handle a fast past environment and be exceptional in multitasking

· Great computer skills especially EXCEL (MS Word, Power Point, Outlook).

· Good math skills.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)
  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 3 years (Preferred)
