Salary: $59.59 to $66.22 Hourly

Overview

Responsibilities:

• Develop overall project delivery status and reporting for project delivery leadership.
• Responsible for communication and stakeholder management related to project work.
• Collaborate with technical resources responsible for elicitation and documentation of business requirements or use cases and provide input to ensure Business needs are clearly articulated and documented
• Responsible for evaluation of project requests and creation of the business delivery plan
• Collaborate with teams responsible for review and approval of in-scope deliverables including business requirements, use cases, etc.
• Provide project oversight to ensure business value is realized, including approval of scope, execution of scope and conveys impacts to changes to the Business
• Partner with technical teams to ensure delivery of business capabilities are implemented to ensure effective operational readiness
• Facilitate troubleshooting with the technical teams to analyze and resolve project delivery risks/issues in a timely manner

Experience:

• Bachelor degree and 8-10 years of experience in project delivery supporting Business needs and ensuring successful business outcomes
• Experience managing tactical plans across business operations and technical teams to and understanding of the strategy, its importance, and business objectives
• Experience managing large programs
• Strong Facilitation Skills
• Analytical Skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skill
• Project management experience involving leading teams and oversight of project completion and implementation
• Organization and time management skills, with experience working under pressure and adhering to deadlines
• Understanding of Business and System Processes
• Fast Learner and requires minimal oversight once direction is given

• Previous experience with data analytics solutions or reporting systems

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $59.59 to $66.22 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
