What You will Gain

  • Work as an individual contributor and as part of a team to support client engagements

  • Develop administrative, professional, and interpersonal skills to the extent of being able to organize, analyze, and communicate with others in a productive and efficient manner
  • Prepare Cost Segregation Analysis and Reports
  • Prepare Cost Allocation Studies and Reports
  • Prepare proper documentation and supporting schedule
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in construction, engineering (civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical) or architecture with a business emphasis preferred
  • Experience in reading construction plans a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willing to travel to clients with other associates
