Essential Functions of the Position:

• Responsible for proper cleaning and disinfection of assigned areas on a daily basis.
• Keep current inventory of necessary program supplies and report shortages to Wellness Clinic Coordinator.
• Provide information to the public about Houston SPCA programs and promoting good animal care and responsible pet ownership.
• Protect all confidential information, including customers, donors, animals, and internal communications.
• Represent the Houston SPCA by providing excellent customer service and focus.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Wellness Clinic Coordinator.
• Greets the general public and provides information and directions as needed.
• Knowledge of Houston SPCA partners and products/services they offer.
• Knowledge of the Houston SPCA policies and protocols, such as, but not limited to admitting, cleaning and medical protocols.
