Job Description

Techpro Security Products is seeking an ambitious and detail oriented Sales Admin Assistant for a fast paced technology company. This is an advanced level position with an amazing opportunity for career advancement. The ideal candidate will have many responsibilities including:

  • Managing the Schedules of multiple account managers
  • Working with our CRM to track all sales opportunities
  • Daily follow up communication with customers via phone and e-mail
  • Sending out contracts for e-signatures and collecting deposits

In order to qualify for this position we request only applicants with the following skills:

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong experience with computer Office software
  • Excellent ability to use your initiative
  • Great organizational skills
  • Sales experience is a huge plus
  • Ability to work well under pressure
