We are seeking an exceptional Accounting Manager to lead and oversee all accounting functions within our rapidly growing company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the accounting cycle, meticulously managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, while ensuring monthly general ledger entries and all financial reporting to external entities (banks, sales taxes, property taxes, etc.) are accurate.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate a seamless year-end review and audit process.
  • Demonstrate your proficiency in QuickBooks by expertly auditing and entering bills, conducting weekly check runs, and meticulously tracking employee and corporate expenses while reconciling credit card statements.
  • Play a pivotal role in the billing process and diligently post payments to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Reconcile all bank accounts, thoroughly reviewing your work for precision, and generate periodic reports and journal entries as necessary.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is a prerequisite, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge.
  • A minimum of 5 years' proven experience in the field of Accounting.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, showcasing your technological acumen.
  • Superior time management skills, allowing you to effectively prioritize tasks and multitask with ease.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with colleagues and stakeholders.
